Bradley Park Golf Club

We are the foremost club based on a municipal golf course in Yorkshire whose tradition dates back to 1978 and the inception of the club on Bradley Road Huddersfield. We are a private members club whose membership exceeds 200, in all categories, ages, and abilities. We have sections catering for gentlemen, ladies and juniors, and within those, there are groups that support higher handicappers and beginners, right through to single figure players and elite County representatives.

The parkland course is extremely well maintained and presents a challenge to golfers of all abilities and there are a variety of practice facilities to enhance your skills as well as fantastic professional support from the PGA club professional, Tom Wild and his assistants. All the right ingredients to get your handicap tumbling, or to get you started, playing our wonderful game!

We pride ourselves on being a friendly and welcoming club where there is a wide range of golf to be enjoyed including open days, team and fun competitions, through to handicap qualifying events, as well as knock-out match play competitions. We also have a strong social section available for all members to participate in and enjoy. All of our golfing sections play matches against their equivalent groups at other local clubs and if you enjoy competitive golf, this is a great way to meet other players and play other local courses for the price of a meal.

Please feel free to have a good look at our website and if you require any further information do not hesitate to contact any of the club representatives. We look forward to talking to you and hopefully having a round of golf in the near future.

Good quality course without the pompous attitude.

I have been a member here for 16 years and, in that time, have seen the course develop form a good track into a superb one.

Is this course really a municipal? Certainly doesn't look or feel like one.

The municipal tag doesn't give this course justice. 18 differing holes with some difficulty involved, a lot of tree lined fairways, a couple of water traps and a fair share of sand pits. A good walk around a very well kept course and greens.
